Farewell and Thank You Ruth

Following the Annual Meeting of the Council on 27th May 2025, Cllr Neil Edmiston has been elected Chairman for the next 12 months. Cllr Lou Corbett has been elected Vice-Chairman.
We wish to express our sincerest gratitude and best wishes to our outgoing Chair of the last 4 years, Cllr Ruth Miles. Ruth will be stepping down as a Councillor shortly to spend more time with her family after 10 years of wonderful and committed service to the Council, the villages and the residents.

Holiday Club 2025!
It’s About Me (IAM), Derbyshire’s Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) Programme is back again for 2025. The Department for Education confirmed funding for another year ensuring that spaces for children aged between 4-16, eligible for benefits-related free school meals continues across Easter, Summer and Christmas in 2025.
