The next meeting of the Council will take place on Tuesday 28th July 2026, commencing at 7pm. The venue will be Hopton Hall Cafe.

Defibrillator Update

A big thanks to Cllr Bex Cole-Morgan & Cllr Neil MacPherson for supplying and installing our brand new defib sign at the Carsington First Aid Station (the former telephone box).
Neil's handyman skills are certainly welcome to the Council!

Vacancy - Councillor
​
Following the recent resignation of Cllr Lou Corbett after 15 years service, we now have a vacancy for a suitable person to join the Council.
​
Details of the Notice of Vacancy can be found here. Nominations for an election should be made to the Returning Officer at DDDC by Tuesday 11th August 2026.
​
If no election is required, the vacancy will be filled by co-option.
​
